Cheese Formatges Burguera does so, committed to a high quality product that is evident in the analysis carried out periodically by independent laboratories and the Institute of Zoology of the Baleares (IBAB).
The milk is directly obtained from cows, mostly Friesian with modern machinery which feeds the animals while milking quietly.
Result of perseverance and patience Cheese Burguera has developed a high quality cheese made from cow’s milk, rennet and milky ferments, with no artificial colors or preservatives, packaged and distributed in the same factory.
Six Burguera hard cheese wedges with aromatic herbs: 2 fine herbs wedges, 2 rosemary wedges and 2 black pepper wedges. Total weight: 2.1kg (approximately). The cheese ripening process lasts from 4 to 7 months, because of that it is a dry cheese with a hight fat content. It has a strong pleasant flavour due to the maturation process.
